To apply, please submit the required items:
- Signed application in Authorization box (bottom right of first page) and Application Agreement area (bottom of second page). Application is sized for legal sized paper. Please print complete application or shrink to size.
- Application fee of $35/applicant for processing and credit check in certified funds
- Application Deposit per the terms of the Application Agreement Paragraph 3. Cashier check or money order equal to one months rent. Please note that additional deposit may be required depending on application results.
- Clear copy of drivers license, with picture
- Copy of 3 most recent paystubs

A couple items to note about rental agreements:
- Lease Duration – one year leases are available. After the lease ends, tenants may have the option continue on a month-to-month basis or extend their lease agreement.
- Cleaning Fee – there is a $250 non-refundable basic cleaning fee deducted at move-out
- Repairs – tenants are responsible for minor repairs under $75
- No Smoking indoors
- Rental Payment – payments are due on the first of each month. Payments postmarked after the 3rd of the month will be assessed a late charge equal to $50 + $10/day

There is a $400/pet deposit; a $100 basic deodorizing fee will be deducted from the deposit. If you have a dog that is considered an aggressive breed, additional paperwork and rental insurance will be necessary.
